Abstract

Se presenta un elemento hembra (4) de acoplador (R) capaz de acoplarse con un elemento macho (2) para el empalme removible de fluido de dos tubos, el elemento hembra que comprende un cuerpo (20) centrado en un primer eje central longitudinal (X20) y que define un volumen interior (V20) para recibir el elemento macho (2), un lado frontal y un lado posterior. El elemento hembra comprende además un émbolo central (44) asegurado, en posición longitudinal, en el cuerpo y posicionado dentro del volumen interior y una válvula deslizante (46) movible dentro del volumen interior alrededor del émbolo central entre una posición de cierre delantera, en la cual la válvula deslizante (46) colabora, de manera hermética, con el cuerpo (20) y el émbolo central (44) y una posición abierta de separación. El cuerpo forma un anillo exterior de brida (22) posicionado alrededor del volumen interior (V20) y que tiene una superficie radial exterior (26A), una cara axial frontal (24A) y una cara axial posterior (24B), la cara axial frontal y la cara axial posterior son paralelas y anulares y sobresalen en dirección radial del resto del cuerpo (20). El anillo exterior de brida comprende al menos dos pasajes (32), cada pasaje es colocado a través del anillo exterior de brida y que acopla la superficie radial exterior (26A) y el volumen interior (V20). Una empaquetadura distante de sellado (40A) es alojada en el cuerpo en una superficie radial interior (26B) del cuerpo (20) que delimita el volumen interior (V20), mientras una cara frontal (68) de la válvula deslizante (46) en la posición cerrada y la empaquetadura distante de sellado (40A) son longitudinalmente posicionadas en cualquier lado de los pasajes (32), mientras la empaquetadura distante de sellado es ubicada en frente de los pasajes.
