Abstract

Un método para elaborar troqueles (1) para fundición a presión, y troquel relativo, el método comprende: diseñar las partes de moldeo del troquel (1) como una pluralidad de sub-insertos (2, 3, 4), cada sub-inserto (2, 3, 4) de dicha pluralidad estando delimitada por líneas de demarcación (5, 6, 7, 8) definidas sobre la base de una simulación del comportamiento termo-mecánico del troquel (1) en operación, dicha simulación siendo ejecutada por un procesador de una computadora y dicho comportamiento siendo el comportamiento del troquel (1) si dicho troquel (1) fuese una sola pieza; producir dicha pluralidad de subinsertos (2, 3, 4) y ensamblar los sub-insertos (2, 3, 4) de dicha pluralidad con medios de unión, para formar dicho troquel (1).
