Abstract

Un sistema configurado para predecir y optimizar la vida operativa de una pieza de equipo de perforación incluye una pluralidad de sensores operativos acoplados a una pieza de equipo de perforación, en donde cada uno de los sensores operativos está configurado para medir una condición operativa de la pieza de equipo de perforación. Un sistema de control en comunicación con los sensores operativos está configurado para calcular la vida útil de la pieza del equipo en función de las condiciones operativas.
