Abstract
Se proporcionan un método para transmitir datos y un dispositivo de red, los cuales se aplican a un dispositivo terminal en un estado inactivo, el estado inactivo se refiere a que tanto el dispositivo terminal como un primer dispositivo de red retienen información de contexto del dispositivo terminal y que se mantiene la conexión de comunicación del dispositivo terminal entre el primer dispositivo de red y un dispositivo de red central; el método comprende que: el primer dispositivo de red envíe datos de enlace descendente del dispositivo terminal al dispositivo terminal por medio de un segundo dispositivo de red, el primer dispositivo de red es diferente del segundo dispositivo de red; con el método de las modalidades de la presente invención, los datos de enlace descendente se envían por medio del segundo dispositivo de red, lo cual puede mejorar eficazmente la tasa de éxito de transmisión de datos y mejorar la experiencia del usuario.
