Abstract
The present invention relates to a system and method for controlling the number of dials to the same number from a call center and for preventing calls to restricted numbers. Said system allows controlling, recording and carrying statistical data on all the calls made, as well as making remote calls linked thereof. Also, it allows monitoring the quality of calls made by sales agents from a computer including a database with restricted numbers and with information on customers. Further, the calls are recorded by a centralized call platform (CCP) with a server connected to the database, which concentrates all the calls and controls the numerical menus with the corresponding options performing an automated interactive voice response (IVR) system. Herein, the platform interacts through voice and touch input keyboard, a plurality of call stations, and a central station or call center where the centralized platform. The present invention aims to include a call counter, which records the num ber of effective dials made to the same number so that when the number of calls or dials exceeds the limits, the call is blocked, thus avoiding harassing or disturbing customers with excessive dialing.
