Abstract

Esta solicitud proporciona un método de comunicación y un dispositivo. El método de comunicación incluye: obtener, mediante un dispositivo de terminal, una clave de seguridad, donde el dispositivo de terminal se encuentra en un estado en el que el dispositivo de terminal desconecta una conexión de control de recursos de radio RRC de un primer dispositivo de red pero retiene información de contexto que es del dispositivo de terminal y que se encuentra en el primer dispositivo de red; y enviar, mediante el dispositivo de terminal, un primer mensaje a un segundo dispositivo de red, donde el primer mensaje incluye un identificador del dispositivo de terminal y datos cifrados de enlace ascendente y/o señalización, los datos cifrados de enlace ascendente y/o señalización se cifran al utilizar la clave de seguridad, y el segundo dispositivo de red es diferente del primer dispositivo de red. En esta solicitud, la clave de seguridad se utiliza para el cifrado durante la comunicación entre el dispositivo de terminal en el estado inactivo y el dispositivo de red, de modo que pueda mejorarse la seguridad de la comunicación.
