Abstract
The present invention discloses the EXCO Flow System for recovery for tanks, fences, and pits. Said EXCO Flow nano-surfactant micro-emulsion cleaner systems are single-phase systems in which water and oil are made compatible thanks to the addition of an amphiphilic mixture, usually composed of a surfactant and alcohol. According to the type of crude of 15 API, the injection of two products is proposed: the cleaner and nano surfactant to fluidize high molecular weight hydrocarbons and a super cleaner for asphaltene and paraffinic hydrocarbons. Also, it proposes a maximum evaluation of 72 hrs, injecting from up 10Its/hr to 30Its/hr using capillary injection equipment at a depth of 80 meters, thus generating behavior logs every hour and delivering a report of the behavior of each chemical and mixes. Further, the products do not contain or generate halogens and it shows the design of the general treatment in figure Fig. 2.
