Abstract
Se describe un sistema, método y aparato para comprimir y transmitir datos de movimiento. El método comprende: la recepción de los datos de movimiento de alta fidelidad desde un dispositivo detector de movimiento, los datos de movimiento de alta fidelidad incluyendo una pluralidad de muestras de datos de movimiento; la transmisión de los datos de movimiento de alta fidelidad a un servidor; la compresión de los datos de movimiento de alta fidelidad, en donde la compresión de los datos de movimiento de alta fidelidad comprende la identificación de un subconjunto de muestras de datos de movimiento y la generación de un valor que representa el resumen de la actividad con base en el subconjunto de muestras de datos de movimiento; y la transmisión de los datos de movimiento de alta fidelidad, comprimidos, a un servidor.
