Abstract
Un formador de cuerpos de latas que comprende un ariete (2) y un ensamble de manguito de re-extracción (3) para sujetar un recipiente u otro artículo de preforma contra un dado de re-extracción. El ensamble de manguito de re-extracción (3) comprende: un manguito de re-extracción (7); un carro de re-extracción (8) a la que el manguito de re-extracción (7) está acoplado de forma desmontable, el carro de re-extracción (8) siendo impulsado en un movimiento recíproco a lo largo de un eje; y un mecanismo de alineación del manguito de re-extracción (103). El mecanismo de alineación del manguito de re-extracción (103) comprende: un módulo de manguito de re-extracción (101) que tiene uno o más cojinetes (13) que define un pasaje a través del cual se mueve el manguito de re-extracción (7) y un mecanismo de ajuste de cojinete para facilitar la alineación radial del módulo del manguito de re-extracción (101) con el dado de re-extracción. El acoplamiento entre el carro de re-extracción (8) y el manguito de re-extracción (7) permite el desplazamiento radial variable, con respecto a dicho eje, entre los dos componentes.
