Abstract
Un decorrelacionador multicanal para proporcionar una pluralidad de señales decorrelacionadas con base en una pluralidad de señales de entrada del decorrelacionador está configurado para premezclar un primer conjunto de señales de entrada del decorrelacionador N en un segundo conjunto de señales de entrada del decorrelacionador K, en donde K<N. El decorrelacionador multicanal está configurado para proporcionar un primer conjunto de señales de salida del decorrelacionador K' con base en el segundo conjunto de señales de entrada del decorrelacionador K. El decorrelacionador multicanal está configurado además para mezclar ascendente el primer conjunto de señales de salida del decorrelacionador K' en un segundo conjunto de señales de salida del decorrelacionador N', en donde N'>K'. El decorrelacionador multicanal se puede usar en un descodificador de audio multicanal. Un codificador de audio multicanal proporciona información de control de complejidad para el decorrelacionador multicanal.
