Abstract
The invention relates to the field of hydraulic machinery, and more particularly to stators for rotary vane pumps intended for pumping viscous, plastic masses and other fluids and multiphase mixtures which lack lubricating properties and contain a large amount of mechanical impurities and/or are highly viscous, such as, for example, formation fluids from oil deposits, and can be used in the food, chemical and petrochemical industries and in other branches of industry. The technical result of the claimed invention is a reduction in the transfer zone for a pumped fluid which has a high viscosity and contains a large amount of abrasive particles and gas, thereby increasing the reliability and working life of the stator and expanding the functional capabilities of a pump provided with such a stator. This technical result is achieved in that the present rotary vane pump stator is configured in the form of shells, joined by connecting components, each of which shells is a hollow cylinder formed by two pairs of oppositely arranged concentric annular sectors, each pair having a different radius of curvature, and four portions which smoothly join said sectors, the connecting components are joined to the annular sectors of the shells and have cross-sectional radii of curvature that correspond to the radii of curvature of the annular sectors of the shells, wherein the width of the connecting components is selected such as to provide a minimal fluid transfer zone.
