Abstract

Se proporcionan sistemas, aparatos, y métodos en la presente para recolectar información de inventario de cliente. En una modalidad, un sistema para recolectar información de inventario de cliente incluye un dispositivo de comunicación configurado para comunicarse con un sistema de envío, una base de datos de perfiles de cliente que almacena perfiles de cliente que comprenden inventarios estimados de artículos en una ubicación del cliente para cada cliente, y un circuito de control acoplado al dispositivo de comunicación y a la base de datos de perfiles de cliente. El circuito de control se configura para recibir, del sistema de envío, información de artículo devuelto de un primer envío entregado a un cliente, determine una cantidad estimada de un artículo basándose al menos en la información de artículo devuelto, y actualice un inventario estimado de artículos en una ubicación del cliente para el cliente en la base de datos de perfiles de cliente basándose en la cantidad estimada del artículo.
