Abstract
Un equipo ponible para sujetar un sensor fisiológico para monitorizar un sujeto, tal como un oxímetro de pulso. El equipo ponible que se configura para ajustar automáticamente la longitud máxima de tal forma que se obtiene la tensión predefinida independientemente del tamaño de la parte corporal de sujeto. El equipo ponible comprende un elemento tensor que tiene una longitud máxima, una unidad de sujeción para sujetar el sensor fisiológico, el equipo ponible que comprende además un mecanismo de tensión para tensar el elemento tensor a una tensión predefinida cuando está al menos parcialmente alrededor de una parte corporal del sujeto, en donde el mecanismo de tensión comprende i) una primera parte que comprende un material elástico, y ii) una segunda parte que comprende un material no elástico, y en donde la primera parte y la segunda parte cooperan mecánicamente entre sí para ajustar automáticamente la longitud máxima de tal forma que la tensión predefinida se obtiene independientemente del tamaño de la parte corporal.
