Abstract
La presente invención se relaciona con una barrera anular para expandirse en un espacio anular entre una estructura tubular de pozo y una cara interna de un entubado o barreno de fondo de perforación para proporcionar un aislamiento de zona entre una primera zona y una segunda zona del entubado o barreno, la barrera anular tiene una extensión axial y comprende: una parte tubular, la parte tubular es una parte tubular separada o una parte de entubado para montarse como parte de la estructura tubular de pozo; un tubular expansible de fondo de perforación para expandirse en el espacio anular de fondo de perforación desde un primer diámetro externo hasta un segundo diámetro externo para hacer contacto con la cara interna del entubado o el barreno, el tubular expansible de fondo de perforación tiene una extensión axial, una primera sección terminal, una segunda sección terminal y una sección intermedia entre la primera sección terminal y la segunda sección terminal, el tubular expansible de fondo de perforación rodea a la parte tubular, cada sección terminal del tubular expansible de fondo de perforación se conecta con la parte tubular y se extiende a lo largo de la extensión axial, y un espacio de barrera anular entre la parte tubular y el tubular expansible de fondo de perforación, en donde el tubular expansible de fondo de perforación está hecho de un blanco de tubular metálico de un material metálico, el material metálico de las secciones terminales tiene mayor límite elástico que el material metálico de la sección intermedia. La presente invención se relaciona además con una barrera anular para expandirse en un espacio anular, con un sistema de terminación de fondo de perforación y con un método de fabricación para la fabricación del tubular expansible de fondo de perforación de conformidad con la presente invención.
