Abstract

El procedimiento de acuerdo con la invención para la fabricación de un regulador porta-escobilla (13) comprende una primera etapa para formar una preforma de un circuito de trazas para conectar eléctricamente un compuesto electrónico del regulador con los medios de conexión eléctricos (9, 10) del mismo, el circuito comprende trazas conectadas entre ellas por medio de las porciones de agarre mecánico (6), y una segunda etapa para sobremoldear el circuito con un material plástico; conforme a la invención, la segunda etapa forma una carcasa sobremoldeada completa que incorpora el circuito de trazas y que tiene una cavidad transversal (12), con porciones de agarre mecánico del circuito que comprende una zona específica del mismo ubicada en la cavidad transversal; una tercera etapa está prevista para retirar las porciones de agarre mecánico para formar las patillas de conexión eléctrica para el componente electrónico.
