Abstract
Se proporcionan técnicas para la optimización de redes de transporte. Un método ejemplar incluye la recepción de un plan de embarque que hace referencia a uno o más envíos asociados con los transportistas de envíos, donde los transportistas de envíos incluyen al menos una flota de vehículos comunes y al menos una flota dedicada, la determinación de una o más restricciones asociadas con uno o más transportistas incluidos en el plan de embarque, donde las restricciones incluyen una o más de: horas de servicio del conductor, cargas o envíos de regreso (backhaul), disponibilidad de los equipos dedicados de la flota, costo fijo de la flota dedicada y costo de envío de la flota dedicada, o el costo de envío de la flota de los transportistas comunes, en donde el costo de envío de la flota dedicada y el costo de envío de la flota de los transportistas comunes se basa en sus tarifas de carril respectivas, y la generación de un plan de embarque actualizado basado en la asignación selectiva de uno o más envíos a la flota dedicada o a la flota de transportistas comunes con base en las restricciones determinadas.
