Abstract

Modalidades de la presente invención proporcionan un aparato de control de potencia, un dispositivo del lado de la red, equipo de usuario, y un método de control de potencia, los cuales se relacionan con el campo de las tecnologías de comunicaciones de red y el método de control de potencia incluye: adquirir un periodo de transmisión de datos y un periodo de silencio de equipo de usuario UE; recibir, en el periodo de silencio, datos enviados por el UE en un canal de control a la primera potencia, donde la primera potencia es menor que la segunda potencia utilizada por el UE para enviar datos en el canal de control en el periodo de transmisión de datos; esto resuelve problemas de consumo de potencia relativamente alto del UE en el canal de control y una capacidad de célula relativamente pequeña, logra un efecto de reducir el consumo de potencia del UE en un canal de control de enlace ascendente en el periodo de silencio, y mejora la capacidad de la célula.
