Abstract
La invención se refiere a un método para producir una espuma mineral, que comprende las siguientes etapas: (i) preparar independientemente una lechada de cemento y una espuma acuosa, con la lechada de cemento preparada al mezclar agua W y cemento C, el cemento C comprende una cantidad equivalente soluble x de Na2O, con x expresada en peso para 100 partes de cemento, la lechada tiene una relación proporcional x / (W/C) menor o igual a 1,75, con W/C expresada en peso, y las partículas de cemento C tienen una distribución de tamaños de tal forma que la relación proporcional de distribuciones de tamaños partículas dmax(h/2)/dmin(h/2) se encuentra entre 5 y 25; (ii) poner la lechada de cemento en contacto con la espuma acuosa con el fin de obtener una lechada de cemento espumado; y (iii) dar forma a la lechada de cemento espumado obtenida en la etapa (ii) y dejar que ocurra el fraguado.
