Abstract

El fluido polimérico fase acuosa de alto desempeño a alta temperatura a base agua de mar para perforación de pozos terrestres y pozos costa afuera denominado SPAT(r) de la presente invención, está diseñado con productos de alta tecnología, mismos que contribuyen en el mejoramiento del desempeño de la perforación en pozos con gradiente de temperatura a de hasta 200,0 ° C, el fluido cumple con todas las funciones requeridas para perforar un pozo en zonas de productoras con mínimo daño a la formación, ya que sus materiales químicos: Cumplen al 100,0% de la solubilidad al HC1 al 15,0%; son de fácil preparación, 70,0 m3 por cada 30 min como tiempo maximo en fluido base; reducen el uso de barcos; biodegradabilidad de menor tiempo; proporcionan una excelente inhibición de cuellos arcillosos; tienen una buena lubricidad mejorando sustancialmente la ROP; mejoran notablemente la limpieza del pozo proporcionado una Viscosidad de 50 segundos desde su preparación. Además tiene la función de proveer un alto contenido de iones oxidrilos para proporcionar un control de los gases ácidos de las formaciones con un material puenteante que es carbonato de calcio en diferentes granulometrías.
