The present disclosure is related to a simple, efficient and suitable device for the sampling of human cells and/or microorganisms present on any surface, maintaining their optimal conditions so that the samples can be used in molecular diagnostics. The present invention comprises a removable collection palette (4) assembled to a flexible shank with adequate length and thickness (2) and a cylindrical support (3) at the opposite end. The shank is inside a protective barrel (1) which is characterized by the presence of at least 3 flexible valves that close the inlet hole, protecting the sample from external contaminants and avoiding the loss of biological material. This device allows the removable palette (4) to be stored in a separate container (5) sealed with a membrane-type lid and also a screw lid (6) which may contain a volume of at least 0.5 ml of any solution.
