Abstract
En el método de moldeo de pieza forjada de forma anular de aleación 718Plus de la presente invención, se envuelve la superficie cilíndrica de la preforma de la aleación 718Plus con la primera manta, y luego se las calienta hasta 1000-1100°C y detiene el calentamiento, y se realiza inmediatamente un procesamiento de recalcado y troquelado para dicha preforma; se envuelve la superficie externa de la preforma procesada y la superficie interna del agujero troquelado respectivamente con la segunda manta, y luego se las calienta hasta 1000-1060°C y detiene, y se realiza inmediatamente el escariado para dicha preforma; se utiliza la segunda manta para envolver respectivamente la superficie externa de la preforma procesada y la superficie interna del agujero escariado, y luego se las calienta a 985-1038°C y detiene, y se lamina inmediatamente dicha preforma al producto final, después del tratamiento con dicho método, el tamaño de grano de la pieza forjada puede alcanzar nivel 6 o más fino, y no hay grietas comunes en su superficie.
