Abstract
Se describe un método y un punto de acceso (AP) para la aplicación de sincronización de temporización por uno o más AP de referencia de temporización de raíz en una red de comunicación por radio. El método comprende que cada uno de los uno o más de AP de referencia de temporizador de raíz realiza las siguientes etapas: seleccionar una fuente de referencia de temporización externa de las redes existentes que se traslapan al menos parcialmente con la red de comunicación de radio (210); derivar una temporización de referencia de la fuente de referencia de temporización externa (220); y propagar la temporización de referencia de los AP vecinos en la red de comunicación por radio (230).
