Abstract

Un sistema y método para fresar una tubería de revestimiento en un pozo en el que una parte superior de fresado de un sistema de fresado se conecta a un carril de un sistema de guía inferior del sistema de fresado a fin de orientar la parte superior de fresado. La parte superior de fresado se mueve a lo largo de un carril desde una primera posición a una segunda posición, en la que la parte superior de fresado se fija de forma segura a la parte guía inferior. Se utiliza un brazo de guía móvil para mover la parte de fresado a lo largo de la vía de recorrido. Se coloca un pistón en el brazo de guía móvil entre la primera y la segunda cámaras de fluido con un diámetro interior en el pistón que forma una vía de fluido entre las dos cámaras. Es posible controlar una válvula que se puede ajustar en el diámetro interior mediante un sensor de proximidad a fin de alterar el flujo de fluido entre las cámaras. El sensor monitorea la distancia entre un punto fijo y uno móvil en el sistema de fresado.
