Abstract
Se describe un método y aparato para el análisis en tiempo real de la actividad de inventario del sitio del pozo. El método incluye registrar la recepción de elementos del inventario en un sitio de pozo y rastrear su uso. En determinadas modalidades, el inventario puede ser costales de químicos mezclados en los fluidos de perforación, y su uso se puede rastrear con un escáner RFID cerca del umbral de una tolva de mezcla. La información de rastreo se puede utilizar para actualizar una base de datos de gestión del inventario. Cuando se usa un elemento, los datos del sitio del pozo en tiempo real se pueden analizar para determinar su impacto en el rendimiento de la perforación. De este modo, se puede determinar la eficacia del elemento y se puede almacenar en una base de datos del modelo predictivo. Al tomar decisiones de perforación en el sitio del pozo en el futuro, la base de datos del modelo predictivo se puede usar para seleccionar soluciones de mejora del rendimiento rentables.
