Abstract

Se proporciona un método y aparato para transmitir un mensaje de búsqueda o localización (texto) en un sistema de comunicación inalámbrica. Una entidad de gestión de movilidad (MME) transmite un mensaje de búsqueda, el cual incluye una indicación de capacidad del equipo de usuario (UE) para búsqueda, a un eNodeB (sNB). La indicación de la capacidad del UE para la búsqueda indica si un UE que va a ser buscado es un UE de categoría 0. El UE de categoría 0 tiene una sola antena receptora, y soporta un tamaño de bloque de transporte (TBS) de 1000 bits máximo para una transmisión de canal de enlace ascendente Unicast (UL-SCH) o una recepción de canal compartido de enlace descendente Unicast (DL-SCH). Tras la recepción de la capacidad del UE para la búsqueda, el eNB transmite un mensaje de búsqueda a un equipo de usuario (UE) con base en la capacidad para la búsqueda.
