Abstract
Una turbina eólica (1) comprende una góndola, un cubo (4), un eje de rotación (14) colocado para ser conectado con un generador (12) con el propósito de transferir el movimiento rotacional al generador (12), y un arreglo de engranaje (7). El arreglo de engranaje (7) comprende un número de poleas (8, 9, 11) y un número de bandas (15, 16) que interconectan las poleas (8, 9, 11) con el propósito de transferir los movimientos rotacionales entre las poleas (8, 9, 11), con lo cual, se transfieren los movimientos rotacionales del cubo (4) al eje de rotación (14).
