Abstract

The present disclosure is related to a photobiomodulation equipment through LED stratified quantum excitation; a device that is used to stimulate living cells and tissues in the treatment of various diseases such as arthritis, lumbar pain, diabetic foot, presbycusis, muscle injuries etc. The operation of the present invention is based on the use of an exciter circuit of light-emitting diodes that is characterized because the same feeds the LEDs by voltage impacts, instead of conventional controlled current excitation, achieving a device capable of emitting light in different wavelengths with the penetration of a laser, but with a low cost, and with the wide lighting area provided by the LEDs: This excitation technology also allows the use of laser diodes instead of common LEDs, thereby improving efficiency and power emission. The equipment is complemented with an efficient cooling system and has the possibility of communicating with any computer equipment, having a modular structure; comprising a head and a head managing module allowing the doctor or therapist to schedule a certain number of sessions or therapies in a certain head for the patient to self-administer the treatment at home when such treatment requires several days, avoiding the need for multiple visits to the doctor’s office.
