Abstract
La presente invención se refiere a sistemas (100) y métodos (200) para controlar la distribución de la secuencia de video en una red ad hoc. Un primer nodo de red (116 o 120) recibe una primera secuencia de video (108) que tiene un formato de Codificador-decodificador de Video Escalable y una primera velocidad de transferencia de datos ("DTR"). El primer nodo de red reside entre un dispositivo de fuente de video (102/106) y un dispositivo de destino de video (124, 128 o 132). El primer nodo de red entonces determina una segunda DTR para la primera secuencia de video con base en las condiciones de los enlaces de comunicaciones entre el primer nodo de red y al menos un segundo nodo de red (118, 120, 126 o 130) de flujo descendente a partir del primer nodo de red. La primera secuencia de video es transferida del primer nodo de red al segundo nodo de red a la segunda DTR la cual fue previamente determinada, de este modo cualquier impedimento de calidad de enlace dentro de la red ad hoc es resuelto localmente en el primer nodo de red.
