Abstract
La invención se refiere a una composición refrigerante de motor, y a un método para aumentar la vida operativa de una composición refrigerante en un motor, donde un ácido isononanoico se incorpora en el fluido refrigerante generalmente a base de glicol en lugar de ácido nitroso o su sal para reducir la corrosión por picadura sobre superficies que contienen hierro.
