Abstract
La presente invención se relaciona con un montaje de bombeo de fondo de perforación para introducirse en un pozo dentro de un entubado y sumergirse en fluido de pozo, el montaje de bombeo de fondo de perforación se extiende en una dirección longitudinal y está adaptado para conectarse con un cable. El montaje de bombeo de fondo de perforación comprende una sección de bomba que comprende un alojamiento de bomba tubular que proporciona una cámara de bomba, una entrada provista en el alojamiento de bomba tubular, la entrada está en comunicación fluida con la cámara de bomba, una primera válvula la cual es una válvula de una vía dispuesta para abrir y cerrar la entrada para permitir que fluya fluido al interior de la cámara, un émbolo dispuesto de manera deslizable en la cámara de bomba, una varilla de bomba conectada operativamente al émbolo y extendiéndose desde el émbolo a través del alojamiento de bomba tubular, una salida provista en el alojamiento de bomba tubular, la salida está en comunicación fluida con la cámara de bomba, una segunda válvula la cual es una válvula de una vía dispuesta para controlar un flujo de fluido que sale de la cámara a través de la salida. El montaje de bombeo de fondo de perforación adicionalmente comprende un accionador lineal dispuesto de manera asociada con el alojamiento de bomba tubular adaptado para impulsar la varilla de bomba, con lo cual, cuando el montaje de bombeo de fondo de perforación es sumergido por lo menos parcialmente en el fluido de pozo, el fluido del pozo es llevado al interior del alojamiento de bomba tubular a través de la entrada y es expulsado a través de la salida en el alojamiento de bomba tubular, y la sección de bomba adicionalmente comprende por lo menos un elemento sellador para aislar una primera parte del entubado de una segunda parte del entubado.
