Abstract

The invention relates to a connection point for metal structures, specifically for structures formed by posts or pillars (1) to which transverse beams (2) are connected. According to the invention, the pillars (1) include rosettes (3) separated from one another by a pre-determined distance, each rosette including a polygonal window (31) and at least one circular hole (32). The edges of the beams (2) include a fork (4) provided with a polygonal lug (41) projecting from the lower face and having the same configuration as that of the window (31) and at least one hole (42) aligned with the hole (32) in the rosette (3). In this way, one fork (4) is interlocked with a pair of rosettes (3) without risk of the beam (2) moving laterally and, once the structure has been assembled, it is locked in place using at least one screw (6) which extends through the holes (32 and 42) and provides a permanent connection.
