Abstract
The present disclosure is related to a system and method for effective monitoring of the authenticity and quality of alcoholic beverages, using analytical techniques based on the emission of induced fluorescence for the raw materials characterization used in the manufacturing process of these beverages, as well as of the final product. The system and method of the present invention makes possible to perform the analysis of the alcoholic beverages without opening the bottle having a powerful, non-destructive and real-time tool to verify the authenticity of distilled and non-distilled alcoholic beverages, as well as for detecting when said distilled and non-distilled alcoholic beverages are adulterated.
