Abstract

En el presente documento se divulga un procedimiento de formación de un extremo de lata que comprende: sostener una parte periférica de una pieza inicial entre unos juegos periféricos interior y exterior de herramientas; embutir una parte central de la pieza inicial contra una herramienta exterior de panel central que tiene una región central y una orilla periférica inclinada que se extiende a una pared periférica por el movimiento de la herramienta exterior de panel central hacia dentro con respecto a los juegos periféricos de herramientas para formar una envoltura embutida de extremo de lata; y reformar la envoltura de extremo de lata contra una herramienta interior de panel central que tiene una región central y una región periférica por el movimiento de la herramienta interior de panel central hacia fuera con respecto a los juegos periféricos de herramientas para reformar la parte central embutida para que tenga un panel central definido por la región central de la herramienta interior de panel central y una estructura reforzadora rebajada que se extiende alrededor del panel central, en el que la orilla periférica inclinada de la herramienta exterior de panel central tiene un radio de curvatura convexo de 2 mm o más y 30 mm o menos entre la región central de la herramienta exterior de panel central y la pared periférica de la herramienta exterior de panel central.
