Abstract

Un sistema para controlar el ciclo de descongelación de un evaporador que comprende un sensor de la bobina de un evaporador o descendente de la bobina, el sensor configurado para determinar los cambios en la proporción masa-líquido del refrigerante en el evaporador. La diferencia en la proporción masa-líquido que se relaciona a la acumulación de escarcha en la parte exterior de dicho evaporador. Cuando la diferencia en la proporción masa-líquido alcanza una cantidad predeterminada, que corresponde a una acumulación de escarcha insatisfactoria, se inicia un ciclo de descongelación. Cuando la proporción masa-líquido regresa a un valor que corresponde a un evaporador descongelado, se interrumpe el ciclo de descongelación.
