Abstract

La presente invención se refiere a un adaptador de dispensado de espuma de poliuretano de un componente, que está acoplado a un vástago de válvula de un envase presurizado de poliuretano, donde el adaptador de dispensado incluye un cuerpo de adaptado principal tubular acoplado a un vástago de válvula e introduce espuma de poliuretano desde el envase presurizado; una porción de acoplamiento de vástago formada en una porción de extremo del cuerpo principal de adaptador y acolada y en comunicación con el vástago de válvula; extendiéndose una tubería de descarga a partir de la otra porción de extremo del cuerpo principal del adaptador; formándose una palanca estática de manera integral con y extendida a partir de una pared externa del cuerpo principal del adaptador; y extendiéndose de manera curva una palanca extendida a partir de la palanca estática a lo largo de una dirección longitudinal del contenedor presurizado, y haciendo que el vástago de válvula se incline para abrirse con respecto a una dirección axial. Por lo tanto, de acuerdo con la presente invención, ya que la palanca estática se forma de manera integral con y se extiende a partir de la pared externa del cuerpo principal del adaptador en una dirección transversal a la dirección axial del contenedor presurizado, y la palanca extendida se extiende de manera curva a partir de la palanca estática a lo largo de la dirección longitudinal del contenedor presurizado, es posible sostener el contenedor presurizado y la palanca extendida con una mano, mejorando así la eficiencia y seguridad laboral. Además, la porción de extremo de la tubería de salida se bloquea temporalmente cuando el adaptador de reparto desechable no se encuentra en uso, a fin de que pueda utilizarse nuevamente el adaptador de reparto desechable.
