Abstract

Se proporciona un método, aparato, sistema y programa de computadora para controlar un sistema de energía eléctrica, incluyendo la implementación de un sistema para el control y la conservación del voltaje utilizado para controlar óptimamente el voltaje independiente y los bancos capacitores utilizando una metodología de optimización lineal para minimizar las pérdidas. Un proceso del sistema de validación de energía (EVP) es provisto el cual se utiliza para documentar los ahorros del VCC y un EPP se utiliza para optimizar las mejoras al EEDCS para mejorar continuamente las pérdidas de energía en el EEDS. El sistema EVP mide la mejora en el EEDS como un resultado de la operación del sistema VCC en el estado "ACTIVADO" determinando el nivel de conservación de energía obtenido por el sistema VCC. Además el sistema VCC monitorea los eventos de reconocimiento del patrón y los compara con los datos del reporte por excepción para detectar eventos HVL. Si se detecta alguno el VCC optimiza la capacidad de del EEDS para responder a los eventos HVL.
