Abstract

Se describe un método y sistema para reportar un porcentaje de un anuncio reproducible por un aparato inteligente. Un servidor recibe metadatos asociados con un anuncio en un flujo de señal de transporte desde un codificador. El servidor determina una longitud del anuncio y una velocidad de cuadro del flujo de señal de transporte basado en los metadatos recibidos. El servidor divide el anuncio en por lo menos un segmento basado en la longitud y la velocidad de cuadro. El servidor instruye al codificador para insertar por lo menos un marcador en por lo menos un cuadro del anuncio que corresponde al por lo menos un segmento del flujo de señal de transporte para crear por lo menos un segmento marcado. El servidor recibe los datos desde un aparato inteligente. El servidor detecta un marcador en los datos que corresponden a un segmento de un anuncio de una sesión reproducida por el aparato inteligente. El servidor mapea el marcador a un porcentaje reproducido del anuncio en la sesión por el aparato inteligente. El servidor reporta el porcentaje reproducido del anuncio en la sesión por el aparato inteligente al por lo menos un elemento de rastreo.
