Abstract
Un sustrato semiconductor y un módulo de energía fotovoltaica que incorpora el sustrato semiconductor. El sustrato incluye uno o más diodos de desvío formados de manera integral en el sustrato semiconductor, cada diodo de desvío correspondiendo a una o más celdas fotovoltaicas respectivas y zonas metalizadas siendo acopladas en forma eléctrica y térmica a los diodos de desvío. El sustrato permite que las celdas fotovoltaicas sean colocadas cercanas juntas y tiene una resistencia térmica baja. Se proporcionan los métodos de fabricación del sustrato y el módulo.
