Abstract

La invención se refiere a una tapa de cierre (20) para un envase (1) para productos alimenticios como productos de confitería congelada, como vasos de helado o mangas de cono de helado, que comprende un miembro central en forma de plato (21), y un miembro de pestaña circunferencial no continuo (22) diseñado para estar selectivamente en pleno contacto con una pared interna (13) o una pared externa (14) del envase (1) y se extiende esencialmente en un ángulo recto desde la circunferencia del miembro central en forma de plato (21), donde la tapa (20) está diseñada de manera tal que el miembro central en forma de plato (21) solo pueda asumir una configuración convexa o cóncava y pueda ser transferida manualmente entre la configuración convexa y cóncava, y donde dicha transferencia se traduce en un cambio de la posición angular del miembro de pestañe (22) en relación al plano definido por el borde circunferencial (23) del miembro central en forma de plato (21). La invención se refiere además a un envase (1) que comprende la tapa de cierre, a un método para cerrar el envase con dicha tapa y a un producto de confitería congelada envasado.
