Abstract
La presente invención se relaciona con un dispositivo de control de flujo de entrada para controlar el flujo de fluido hacia una estructura tubular de pozo dispuesta en un barreno, que comprende una parte tubular para montarse como parte de la estructura tubular de pozo, una abertura provista en una pared de la parte tubular, y un miembro de válvula hueco recibido de manera rotatoria dentro de la parte tubular, el miembro de válvula hueco comprende un orificio en una pared tubular del mismo, y una superficie exterior del miembro de válvula hueco que es esférica y el orificio está adaptado para establecer comunicación fluida con la abertura cuando el dispositivo de control de flujo de entrada está en una posición abierta, con lo cual la abertura está en comunicación fluida con un espacio interior de la parte tubular, en donde el miembro de válvula hueco comprende una primera parte de válvula esférica y una segunda parte de válvula esférica adaptadas para ser ensambladas dentro de la parte tubular. La presente invención se relaciona además con un método de ensamblaje de un dispositivo de control de flujo de entrada de acuerdo con la invención y con un sistema de terminación que comprende un dispositivo de control de flujo de entrada de acuerdo con la invención.
