Abstract
La invención se refiere a un proceso novedoso de cristalización para preparar propionato de fluticasona como la forma polimórfica cristalina 1, con tamaño de partícula controlado y adecuado para la micronización. El proceso comprende la etapa de disolver propionato de fluticasona en acetona o en una mezcla de acetona y agua y, después, agregar esta solución a agua o a una mezcla de agua 10 y acetona, haciendo así que el propionato de fluticasona se cristalice a partir de la solución como la forma cristalina.
