Abstract

Un muelle neumático para vehículos comerciales presenta un lóbulo de rodadura de material elastomérico, que está fijado con uno de sus extremos en una primera pieza de conexión y con su otro extremo en una segunda pieza de conexión en forma de un pistón de rodadura. Los extremos del lóbulo de rodadura presentan, respectivamente, un cordón de fijación, que está reforzado con un núcleo de cordón respectivo. Al menos uno de los dos núcleos del cordón está constituido de plástico. Para conseguir una capacidad de carga más elevada del cordón de fijación, el o bien los núcleos del cordón (11) está(n) constituido(s) de una tira perfilada (12) plana, arrollada varias veces, de plástico reforzado con fibras de vidrio.
