Abstract
The present invention is referred to a shaft/frame system for high performance rotors for treating wastewater, and sanitizing and reducing the polluting organic charge in the same; the system includes a motive shaft with supports in the end portions thereof and a driving motor coupled thereto, which comprises a plurality of middle annular collars and two opposite annular collars arranged equidistantly one from each other, which are adapted to receive in a fixed manner a plurality of structural arms radially arranged, said arms being substantially T shaped and being attached one to each other in order to form arcs intended to receive and fix media packages together with a plurality of biomass support sheets which are self-supported by four tubes fixed to structural T-shaped elements; the tubes are hollow and house a volume of air, being closed by both end portions with caps with one or more blind threaded holes adapted to receive the fixing means with which they are fixed to the struct ural T-shaped elements, which exert a flotation force at the moment of rotating the rotor by the effect of the contained air. In addition, the invention comprises elements 17, 18 and 28 that will provide a resistant attachment with a reduced stress in the T structure.
