Abstract

Described is a system for constructing slabs of hydraulic concrete, with bidirectional and/or single directional reticular ribs based on prefabricated lightening assemblable elements and coffers, which are supported over self-sustainable metallic reinforcements of open core. A geometric design of three pieces and an assembly is proposed. Centring or formworks are not required and the system may be used in hydraulic concrete slabs for different purposes. These lightening pieces may be manufactured with different materials and the dimensions thereof may be modified at scale according to the application thereof. The system is formed by a coffer with panels and bolts, which due to the geometric design, does not require a formwork or centring for manufacturing a slab, since this is arranged over self-supported metallic reinforcements of open core, being easily handled and arranged over walls or support elements for receiving the aforementioned lightening pieces.
