Abstract

Un aparato de usuario que incluye por lo menos modos de operación de un modo de conexión y un modo inactivo, incluye: una unidad de medición que mide la calidad de radio en el modo inactivo de acuerdo con información objetivo de medición (Config#m, Config#n) que indica que el aparato de usuario se ajusta de antemano para reportar un valor de medición de la calidad de radio a un nodo de administración; una unidad de almacenamiento que almacena la información objetivo de medición y el valor de medición de la calidad de radio medida por la unidad de medición; y un unidad de transmisión que transmite un indicador, al nodo de administración, que indica que existe el valor de medición de la calidad de radio en el modo de conexión, y transmite una señal de reporte que incluye el valor de medición de la calidad al nodo de administración de radio de acuerdo con una solicitud del nodo de administración, en donde, cuando el aparato de usuario obtiene una nueva información objetivo de medición (Config#n), la unidad de almacenamiento almacena la nueva información objetivo de medición de acuerdo con una regla de actualización predeterminada (modelo de reconfiguración).
