Abstract
The invention relates to a heating appliance for cooking purposes implementing the introduction solar thermal energy. A medium heated by solar energy is fed into a tank for flash evaporation (4) via a pressure-controlled inlet valve (3). The released steam is introduced into the consumer (5) for heating the cooking devices. Precipitated condensate from the consumer (5) is in turn returned to the evaporator (4) and on to the buffer (12) of the solar heating circuit.
