Abstract
La invención se refiere a un método y arreglo para separar dos soluciones mezcladas en dispersión en dos fases de solución en una celda (1) de separación por extracción líquido-líquido. El arreglo incluye una primera pared guía (4), la cual está colocada a una distancia de aquella pared terminal (15) de la celda (1) que está ubicada sobre el costado del extremo de alimentación (2), con el fin de extenderse a lo largo de todo el ancho de la celda con respecto a la dirección vertical a un ángulo inclinado (a). La primera pared guía incluye un borde inferior (5), el cual está localizado a una distancia (H1-H2) de la parte inferior de la celda, de forma que entre el borde inferior (5) y la parte inferior (3) de la celda, existe un hueco de espacio libre (6) que se ensancha desde el centro hacia los lados de la celda. La segunda pared guía (7) es esencialmente paralela con la primera pared guía (4) y está colocada a una distancia (L1) de esta, de forma que entre la primera pared guía (4) y la segunda pared guía (7), se forma un pozo de ascensión (8) que se extiende diagonalmente hacia arriba en un ángulo inclinado (a). La segunda pared guía (7) incluye un borde inferior (13), el cual es presionado herméticamente en contra de la parte inferior (3) de la celda, un número de ranuras verticales (9), las cuales están colocadas como una línea horizontal (10) de ranuras verticales, dicha línea extendiéndose a lo largo del ancho de la segunda pared guía a una distancia desde el borde inferior (13), y una placa inclinada (11), la cual está unida a la segunda pared guía (7), en la cercanía de la parte superior de la línea (10) de ranuras verticales.
