Abstract
Se provee un esquema de transmisión de señales para el manejo eficiente de un E-DCH común; en el caso de un E-DCH común que emplea un UE en un modo inactivo o en un estatus de CELL_FACH dentro de un periodo de tiempo limitado, el UE puede notificar a un Nodo B de liberación de recursos de radio del E-DCH común empleando información de programación que incluya TEBS = 0 dentro del periodo de tiempo en el que el UE ha completado la transmisión de datos; es posible evitar un desperdicio innecesario de recursos y un consumo innecesario de baterías del UE tomando en cuenta las circunstancias anteriores al activar la nueva información de programación desde que la transmisión de HARQ de la información de programación falla.
