Abstract
Un proceso para aprovechar betún recuperado de un depósito de petróleo sin producción de hidrógeno es particularmente útil en aplicaciones de aprovechamiento en campo; en este proceso, el betún recuperado entra a un fraccionador y es contactado con gases calentados de un reactor de lecho fluidizado; el betún y los gases calentados son fraccionados en productos segregados incluyendo al menos un gradiente líquido, fracciones inestables, y un producto líquido aprovechado; el gradiente líquido es introducido en el reactor para producir un producto líquido de fase de vapor; el reactor comprende partículas sólidas que se mueven a través del reactor y un gas fluidizante que fluidiza las partículas sólidas a una temperatura de conversión que es conveniente para facilitar la conversión de al menos parte del gradiente líquido en el producto líquido de fase de vapor; los gases calentados comprenden el producto líquido de fase de vapor y el gas fluidizante desde el reactor al fraccionador para contactar la corriente de betún; en este proceso, se queman suficientes de las fracciones inestables segregadas que el producto líquido y cualesquiera fracciones inestables restantes encuentran en las especificaciones de la tubería sin tratamiento con hidrógeno de cualquiera de las fracciones inestables restantes.
