Abstract

An insert (1) for a container comprising an insert which is adapted to be inserted into the opening of a container, and having an aperture (3), projecting axially outwardly thereof, said aperture presenting an inner wall surface defining a channel (4) through which a stream of liquid may flow, and said insert having at least one chamber (6) which extends into the liquid product of said container when the insert is inserted into said container.

Description

CONTAINER ACCESSORY TO REDUCE SPACE FIELD OF THE INVENTION The present invention relates, generally, to a device for liquids. More specifically, the present invention esorio that reduces the empty space in a container.
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION As the liquid compositions are packaged in air, the air is commonly trapped in the upper part of the container that can be sealed. The air trapped in the upper part of the container is in an air bubble when the bottle is sealed, which affects the bottle if the bottle is turned or the orientation is changed. In the creates a specific design within the liquid composition in the recipient can damage the design during shipment. Generally, the space to raise and open air vents in a taba when the pressure threshold value. The method of ventilation is very dependent on the type of air that is ventilated to be operative. This also limits the optimal buffering options of the liquid composition. Another technique is provided in a closure where gases can leave the liquid p system are minimized. A third system, which can be called foraging, uses one or more tiny holes in plastic diaphragms, in which the material is permeable to gases. Yet another system, commonly a positive displacement pump, or piston system, uses a bid to make a composition to the upper part of a container by means of a pissing. However, none of the methods mentioned above effectively evacuate the empty space of a container.
Generally, these methods employ a vent closure of the container neck. Said configuration requires expelling m is after filling, by means of a pump or compression of the gases through the ventilation material. These methods are incomplete gas decomposition and often result in reflux. BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION The present invention covers the above needs to provide an accessory for a container comprising an acta to be introduced into the mouth of a container, and having an axially projecting outward thereof, the opening presents a supra defining a channel through which a stream of material can flow has at least one chamber that extends into the limiting product when the accessory is inserted into said container.
Although the invention will be described in relation to certain mder that the invention is not limited to these embodiments. By inclusion it includes all alternatives, modifications and equivalency within the spirit and scope of the present invention.
BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE FIGURES The accompanying figures illustrate modalities of the ihv has A- A in Figure 3; Figure 5 is a cross sectional view of a container in accordance with arrows B-B in Figure 2; Figure 5A is a detailed view of the package and accessory Figure 5; Figure 6 is a cross sectional view of a container according to arrows A-A in Figure 3; Figure 6A is a detailed view of the package and a format with Figure 6.
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION While the specification concludes with the claims clearly and clearly claim the invention, it is considered that it will be better understood from the following description.
The term "void space", as used herein, to the space between the opening of the dispensing orifice of the container and mode the rim 2 can be replaced by threads or other accessory means 1 is formed of a flexible material and comprises at least or, preferably, two chambers 6, 7, to receive the liquid composition flows through the channel 4 of the opening 3 at the time of insertion which contains a liquid composition before the application of the slot 3 comprises a generally cylindrical inlet which is extends the dispensing orifice of the container. Opening 3 is located, generally vertical of the fixture. Accordingly, the opening 3 and the flange experience two concentric circles.
Figure 2 shows a view of the accessory. 1 from top angle 5, including the annular rim 2, the chambers 6, 7, and the slot 3 may further comprise a reducer 17 for better liquid product control. A reducer 17 may be suitable depending on the casts of the liquid product in the package. More liquid compositions will "come out abruptly" from the dispensing orifice of the container in the actuator 17. The cylindrical shape of the opening 3 should extend upwardly along the internal walls. The camera creating an edes 1 1 of the camera is, generally, cylindrical, which maximizes the construction of the accessory 1 inside a container with a hole, the general shape of the accessory 1 can be modified on the basis of the container.
Figure 4 shows a cross sectional view of the access line A-A of Figure 3. The chambers 6, 7 act as a receptacle to be filled with a liquid product as it is introduced into the container in accordance with Figures 5-6. As shown, the fixture 1 can have rows 6, 7, which have a space 12 between them, which ends in the formation in the presence of the space 12 between each chamber 6, 7 allows the length to be minimized, which improves the current of the liquid product in the channel 4. The liquid duct in the container is reduced over a cycle of use, the liquid is poured from the container when the container is turned upside down. Providing the chambers 6, 7 allows the liquid product near the neck to pass through the space 12 and into the channel 4, thereby reducing wasting.
Figures 5 and 6 show transverse sectional views as it is sealed. To eliminate this empty space, the accessory 1 is used as dispenser 18 of the container 16. The chambers 6, 7 move the prod 16 when they are introduced and the liquid product is pushed into the channel 4 of the accessory 1. The overflow of the liquid product displaced chambers 6, 7. The lid 23 of the container 16 can be designed to seal the accessory 1 at an interface 20, 21. The lid 23 can comprise, ad with a plug 19 to form a resealable interface for dispensing .
As mentioned above, the accessory 1 of the pre-vacuum space in containers containing compositions particularly important to reduce the empty space in the liquid compositions or design of the liquid composition are considered important. They give liquid personal care products that exhibit a skincare pattern or ducts of multiple phases, shampoos, conditioned for the body. In addition, in order for the pattern or design of said visually appealing, the package should be manufactured, at least partially transparent. Suitable materials include glass and materiale incorporate, in the relevant part, as reference herein, any document should not be construed as being prior art of this invention. To the extent that any meaning or definition in this document contradicts any meaning or definition of the same item incorporated as a reference, the meaning or definition to ino in this document shall govern.
Although particular modalities have been illustrated and described, it will be evident to those with experience in the industry various changes and modifications without deviating from the spirit and direction. Therefore, it has been intended to encompass in the claims changes and modifications within the scope of the invention.
